The following is the procedure for requesting a business visa from the Vietnam embassy:
Step 1: Obtain the sponsorship letter for the Vietnam business visa.
Your Vietnamese sponsor company will submit an application to the Vietnam Immigration Department for your Vietnam business visa sponsorship letter, sometimes referred to as an invitation letter, acceptance letter, or entry permit. Those papers are:

Step 1: Obtain the sponsorship letter for the Vietnam business visa
Your sponsor in Vietnam will send you the business visa sponsorship letter after receiving it from the Vietnamese Immigration Department.
Step 2: Prepare paperwork for business visa stamping in step two.
You must get ready with:

- your pictures,
- a printout of your visa sponsorship letter,
- a completed Vietnam visa application form,
- and the visa stamping cost.
Step 3: Have your business visa stamped
You will need a printout of your visa sponsorship letter, a filled-out Vietnam visa application form, your original passport, your pictures, and the visa stamping fee.
